By accessing or using Job Tracker (a demonstration project showcasing production-ready development practices), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Job Tracker is a free, open-source job application tracking tool that helps you organize and manage your job search. The service allows you to create, track, and manage job applications through a Kanban-style board.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must not share your account credentials with others
- You must notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Upload malicious content or code
- Abuse the service in any way that affects other users
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all job application data you enter. We do not claim any ownership over your content. However, you grant us a license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will meet your requirements or that it will be error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
